This Insurance is not subject to HST, but is still subject to PST for Residents of Ontario.

+ How do I get my proof of liability insurance??

We will send you a copy of your certificate by email for you to print and another one by regular mail. As a new graduate, you must include the certificate with your CMTO application. The College of Massage Therapy ( CMTO ) will not allow us to fax certificates of Liability Insurance to them directly.

+ How fast can I get my proof of liability insurance?

If you apply by 12:00 noon you will receive your proof of malpractice liability insurance the very same day.
